All insurance matters relating to Rotary property, Public Liability, Special Events, Personal
Accident and Travel Insurance including YE Program, GSE, RI Humanitarian travel must be
made through the District Insurance Committee.

District 9810 and all other 20 Districts in Australia have a Multi-District Insurance Policy
negotiated annually by two representatives elected by the District Governors of the day.

Our District Committee also comprises experienced Risk Management Advisors.
All projects undertaken by both Rotary Clubs and District Committees are required to
complete a Risk Management Assessment and lodge this with the Insurance Advisor
before the project is started.

Insurance and Risk Management Forms and Information

The following downloadable forms and information are essential for your activity.
Please download and complete and then submit to the District Insurance Officer.
You should complete this form well in advance of your event, thereby allowing time for
clarification and solving of any issues prior to sign off of insurance coverage.

If you have more questions regarding the "Certificate of Currency" for the Rotary insurance
policy, or have any further questions about Rotary insurance matters, please email the
District Insurance and Risk Management Chair: John Brownlee
