This is a pre-release showing of the movie, The Duke. It is being conducted by the Rotary Club of Wandin and all proceeds go to support Rotary's End Polio Now program. Each dollar raised is matched with a further two dollars from the Gates Foundation.
In 1961, a 60-year-old taxi driver stole Goya's portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London. He sent ransom notes saying that he will return the painting if the government invests more in care for the elderly.
