Annual Seed Sowing Day

The Rotary District 9810 Sustainable Communities
Committee invites you to its
Annual Seed Sowing Day

Saturday Feb 13th at 10am-2pm
7 Rutland Ave, Templestowe
(Home of Committee Chair Pat Armstrong)

Lunch will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle
and mug for tea/coffee. We will have sunscreen and spare
disposable gloves, but please bring your own if you prefer.

Due to recent changes to COVID restrictions, your RSVP is
very important to ensure we all remain safe. We will be
working outside with plenty of room to socially distance.
Please bring a face mask.

• Our seedlings will be planted on private farmland in the Beaufort area,
supporting Landcare’s efforts to create wildlife corridors and prevent
erosion.
• Individual volunteers are needed to look after boxes of seedlings until
planting in late July.
• If you/your club would like to be part of planting out the tree seedlings
for our Tree Project in 2021, please be in touch with the 9810
Sustainable Communities Committee.
