Matt Tilley from Foodbank - (Tuesday 8th December 2020)

Have you ever wondered how Foodbank source enough food for more than 75 million meals per year?

You are invited to join a Hampton Rotary Club event, featuring guest speaker Matt Tilley from Foodbank, on Tuesday 8th December at 7pm

Foodbank partner with more than 530 charities and have been feeding Victorians for 90 years. Last year, they sourced enough food for 75 million meals. With demand for their services at an all-time high, Foodbank has been called on to assist thousands of families in need. 

Matt Tilley is the Chief Communications Officer at Foodbank and will share the many stories behind the Foodbank partnerships with charities, soup kitchens, neighbourhood houses and directly to families that has assisted so many people at this critical time of food insecurity.

This is a FREE presentation via Zoom.

Sunday Sundowners with DG Alma - (Sunday 13th December 2020)

Join DG Alma on Sunday 13th December at 5.00 pm for an informal chat on anything and everything Rotary.  Participants can BYO topics or share those brought by others.  No need to RSVP, just turn up and join in.

COVID-19 FREE ? - Fellowship Begins Again
The annual Australian Golfing Fellowship of Rotarians has its 43rd Annual Tournament being held on the Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore. This event shall be organised and run by the Rotary Club of Maroochydore and the event shall be played out on the Maroochy River Golf Club.
 
Registrations start on Sunday 16th May 2021 and the events starts on Monday 17th running through to Friday 21st May 2021. As is the normal, Wednesday is set aside with it being the free day to get the aches out of the muscles and get your mind ready for another 36 holes- what great fun!
 
For the non-golfing attendees there are tours organised on the competitive days as well as an optional tour to the Australia Zoo on the Wednesday rest day.

We are from the 12 Hosting Districts in Taiwan with around 35,000 Rotarians, anxious to show you our hospitality and warmest welcome. The charm of Taipei lies in its vibrant spirit, enthusiasm, diversified culture, culinary delights and much more. The innovation and ongoing developments in Taiwan have also attracted people from all over the world.
